A Step Back

Well, I am back at 185 today. I slipped quite a bit last week, plus I have my period, so I am hoping some of it is water gain (maybe?). This week I am going to stick closer to my diet, especially since next week I will be on my WATTNE!!!

I also planned to write another post inspired by Jesssica, but I am opn a time crunch as a nasty storm is moving in, so the computer needs to go OFF.

You're still doing great! I have been remotivated myself. I managed to loose three pounds this week even though I didn't get to work out at all.
