Things are still going well. The dogs are really good. We have found that when we leave for a few hours we can safely leave them in the kitchen and laundryroom, uncrated. We leave the crate open in case they want to take a nap. Their food and water is with them, too. During this time, Scout also has free reign of the house. At night they sleep in their crate and Scout can roam the house then, too. The rest of the time, the dogs have free reign and Scout is in our room. Scout still sleeps with me at night :)
Yesterday evening, though, Scout was getting tired of being cooped up and actually cried to come out. I let Madison come in the bedroom to see how Scout would react and he wasn't happy. So, as long as he is going to be combative he stays in my room while the dogs are out :)
This week, now that it is warmer(and not raining), we are planning (with their parents' permission) to take the girls to the dog park.
