Today I made Chunky Cinnamon Applesauce, courtesy of Carrie on Vegan, back when it was called Love Healthy Living
I halved the recipe and used raw sugar.
I ended up cooking for 8 hours instead of 6 as I fell asleep!! It still tasted yummy!
It is more like baked apples than a sauce(I suppose I could have mashed them up to make them into a sauce).
