Since I have so many recipes I will be doing a series of sorts this week. One recipe per day :)
First up is The Best Breakfast Sandwich from Kiss My Broccoli
I did not make any substitutions, but I did not steam the greens(I used spinach). I also fried the eggs. To "noochify" I added parmesan cheese. it was a little messy, but good.
I made this again and left out the greens and tomatoes and it was less messy and just as good :)
Tomorrow's recipe will be a smoothie :)
