New Years Resolutions

I guess it is that time again. A few months ago I made some early resolutions. or just one and that was to not buy anymore scrapbooking supplies until I used mine up or of it was something like an album or page protectors or photo pockets. Well, I broke that resolution when I bought some twine, border stickers and a couple stamps, but I have put it all to good use!! LOL.

Anyway, I do have some resolutions for the New Year, all spiritual based. First of all, I am going to work on my family genealogy. I am going to start up an account and get it all put online. I will be going to the church to start this with the family history specialist and then, hopefully, I will be able to start working on it regularly at home.

Second, I am going to try to bear my testimony once a month at our Fast and Testimony sacrament meetings.

Third, I am going to try to read my scriptures daily and include TJ. Also, I would like to start going over the week's Gospel Principles lesson with TJ ahead of time. And maybe the Relief Society/Priesthood meeting one as well.

Fourth, I am going to make sure we have family prayer twice a day as well as continue with my personal prayers twice a day.

Fifth, I am going to start visiting the temple again. My goal is once every couple of months up in Omaha until the Kansas City one is complete and then once a month.

I think these are attainable resolutions. Have you made any resolutions for 2012?
