Cooking and Eating Plan

I am just full of plans!!

Okay, how I want to eat this summer is this...

Breakfast -- ETL breakast or shake or Naked Juice and fruit

Lunch -- salad with beans and soup and raw veggies

Dinner -- veggie loaded meal and fruit or ETL dessert

How I plan to cook...

Monday: recipe from Eat To Live

Tuesday: recipe from Pinterest

Wednesday: recipe from Eat for Health

Thursday: Saved recipe on Computer

Friday: Recipe from HVC group

Saturday: Recipe from a cookbook or vegan book

Sunday: recipe from Carrie on Vegan

1 cheat per week. This could be a Pinterest recipe, meal at a restaurant, a decadent dessert, etc.

I need to start honing my vegan cooking skills!!
