October Goals....

For the month of Halloween...

1. Lose 5 pounds
2. Exercise everyday, but Sundays, from the 5th to the 26th
3. No soda for those same days
4. Clean bedroom
5. Make a Halloween costume for my husband

How was September????
For my birthday month

1. Lose 5 pounds I think I lost 3)
2. Clean and purge my closet (again) DONE
3. Exercise at least 3 times a week On average I did 2
4. Catch up on Big Brother before the finale nope
5. Finish 5k in an hour 58 minutes!!!

Good goals :) It is easy to give up soda; did it 4 years ago when we moved. Just didn't buy any. The first few days was hard, but now I can barely tolerate the taste of it.
